Incision options
Periareolar or Benelli: Consists of making an incision around the areola where the surplus of skin and areola is removed as well as having the possibility of modifying the shape of the breast if necessary.

Vertical: The same periareolar adjustment is made, it is also accompanied by a vertical incision where skin and breast tissue are removed with a better remodeling of the same

In anchor: It is the complete lifting of the bust, suitable when a greater resection of glandular tissue and skin along with superior migration of the areola is needed.
After the incision, adequate resection of glandular tissue, skin, besides the migration to the new nipple areola complex position producing the new desired shape is performed, sutures are placed to face the incisions and in some cases drains are placed. It is usually performed on an outpatient basis with a stay in the surgical center or hospital no longer than 12 hours.
If you decide to perform the procedure on an outpatient basis means that you will be able to discharge the same day, the most likely thing is that surgery is performed in the morning and you recover during the afternoon. Only you will be discharged until you are in a stable condition and with a favorable recovery, if it is required to remain under surveillance then you will be hospitalized therefore you are recommended to have your suitcase ready with clothes and personal items along with a companion to assist you .
